Support bump version of package with magic command "crtl ."

I'm switched from Android Studio to VSCode. From Android Studio there is a plugin 'Flutter Enhancement Suite - Marius Höfler'. That plugin has a feature that combines issue 20 and supports bump up the version of that package with magic command. This is really useful when we have multiple packages and we want to be notified whenever a new version has been published without directly checking it in pub.dev.
