https://api.aoestats.io/de/ doesn't respond

The api doesn't seem to work at the moment (and for the last couple of days I think).

I was thinking about reusing an old bayesian regression model for player and civ performance I had used on voobly data some time ago. Would it be ok to use the api for downloading a larger amount of data?
