Application not working with upgraded viewer version

For the new viewer version ('https://developer.api.autodesk.com/modelderivative/v2/viewers/viewer3D.min.js?v=v7.*'), there are other updates throughout the program that would need done in order to run it. I am experiencing an issue with the proxy setup, due to outdated versions.

thank you for your interest. i am unable to maintain this project for the new version. please feel free to fix it as needed and submit a pull request. i will gladly integrate that into the main code stream. alternatively, feel free to grab the current code as is and use it in any way you see fit. it illustrates all the required concepts, and that is its one and only purpose. thank you for your understanding and support!
