Collection Feature

Allow users to create their own public or private collections of Samples.

• [ ] Add Collection with name, description, status, and user association
• [ ] Add CollectionItem associated with sample association
• [ ] Add functionality to manage collections
• [ ] Add functionality to add/remove samples to/from a collection
• [ ] Add view under Account for Your Collections (both public and private)
• [ ] Add collections view under user profile with all of a user's public collections
