Fire requiring blocks being dry around it is not communicated very well

During my first experience with this gamemode, I tried building a fire on top of the ground, thinking it'll just work. But it kept extinguishing itself.

I only learned of the cause through talking to the players on the server who told me it needs to be dry 9 blocks below, which I'm not sure is true either.

Perhaps to better communicate the effects of wet blocks on the fire, any time a fire extinguishes a wet particle effect/sound could spawn on the block that the game detects as the culprit, which would give a hint as to the cause. However it's hard to tell what blocks are dry and what blocks are wet without any indication beyond breaking the block and learning it, block/object inspection can be a separate issue

Steam rising from the fire and from nearby wet blocks might be helpful. Though it's a bit easy to mistake for smoke right now.

Maybe adding a sizzling sound effect that would remind you of a sauna could add better communication.

SPEAKING OF SAUNAS, this small addition could pave way for actual sauna mechanics!!
