Add pre-configured header.

Add possibility to select pre-configured header like Content-Type with values like "application/atom+xml".

Came here to report this ... I didn't know this was being ignored and it drove me absolutely crazy ... if you point me to where to start, I can fix it and send you a pull request ASAP. Folks on my team are using this to test an API I'm building and this bug just popped up as I'm only responding to specfic Accept and Content-Type headers.
