Updated to fix bad merge conflict 'fix'

fixed one test failure caused by rebase

removed outdated `prop_group`s

This is only available in upstream Katello. The setting isn't shown in Satellite. It will be in a future Satellite release once the rest of the feature is built out.

I still haven't figured out exactly why this fixes it. thoughts welcome
