Skip Count Not Shown When Using Ignore File

Current behavior

Dialyxir rc6

When using :ignore_warnings, it does not show the Total errors: 1, Skipped: 0, Unnecessary Skips: 0 count like it does when not ignoring warnings.

Expected behavior

Skipped count is shown.
