new modalize on top of previous modalize

When One modalize is opened, if we try to open another modalize, the second modalize is opening on top of previous modalize. Q1 : is there any feature to get acknowledge that already one modal(s) is opened?

I am facing this issue it is opening on the other modal have you got any solution for this ?
