Having no idea about the usage/target users of this App

What Bluetooth profile is this controller based on? What type of command makes sense? Please add more descriptions in your App.

I was trying to find an App that sends certain byte sequences to the Bluetooth-Serial converter which replaces the air conditioner’s Wifi module. I‘m new to Java and Android programming and don’t know about React Native. It seems like I have to to create an App myself.
