a terminal-based performance monitor for apple silicon
we have the total memory utilisation - also want to see the memory utilisation split by cpu/gpu/ane. also - want the used / total of memory bandwidth used by cpu/gpu/ane.
`sudo mtop --help` should give useful information about the tool.
add command keys when application is running - i.e q: quit / h: help etc.
`sudo mtop --version` should return the version (i.e. 0.1.0) of mtop.
