Feature Request - Add "sendTo" possibilities for set new Devices

I would love to have sendTo possibilities to set new Devices, so I can automate in an other Adapter or script devices...

i.E. I have a lot of temp sensors that are all from the same adapter, so I can write a script that creates an homekit device per temp sensor and do not need to do all manually...

Is this "sendTo" an interface/function from ioBroker?

Beside that you could change the raw config from the Adapter and add the devices by manipulating the JSON.
