Update to .NET 4.0 and publish to nuget

I'd be happy to fork the project to do this, but thought it would be more polite to ask you first. :)

You are free to do anything you like with this repository :)

I don't really use this much as there are others more actively maintained repos for these kind of controls now. At least I think so...

Yes there are others for showing busy notifications and things, but this is still the only solution for TransitioningContentControl for WPF. :)

I've used it before, but actually downloaded the code and added the project to my solution. Packaging it up would be better now, I think. :)

Ah okey, didn't know that. I'm glad you've used it and as I said, feel free to update it and publish it to nuget or anything else you might want to do.
