Can I rename the file when click "save and exit"?

Hi, it's a nice plugin for obsidian to draw some flow chart. I found the saved files name are Diagram {num}.svg and Diagram {num}.svg.xml, and I want to rename them when clicking "save and exit" rather then renaming both of them in file explorer. Maybe a configuration option in setting tab.
