After edit the diagram and save, the picture doesn't reload to the latest one.

I create a diagram and then edit the diagram. After I save it, the diagram picture still show the same one as before. I have to reload the Obsidian windows every time. Could you fix it to reload the picture every time after edit and save the diagram?
