Add Tinkerboard2 support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since start of 2021 ASUS has broadly released a new updated version of a Tinkerboard, so-called Tinkerboard2 for which we still lack support in RaspberryMatic.

Describe the solution you'd like Add full support for Tinkerboard2 line of ASUS hardware.

Additional context Unfortunately, Armbian (from which we borrow large portions of OS support) also still does not have Tinkerboard2 support. In addition, the Linux kernel+U-boot changes ASUS has published are still based on the obsolete Kernel 4.4 as well as old U-Boot 2017.11. However, perhaps some patches can be ported over to later versions to get support more smoothly integrated for this new platform. See here for more resources regarding Tinkerboard2:
