Logs not accessible when deployed on heroku?

Should the logs be accessible for a hubot deployed on heroku?

I am just use the default port but when I go to .herokuapp.com:8081, it doesn't connect to anything, and I'm not seeing any thing being logged out. I'm just wondering if I should be expecting that this should be working on heroku. Thanks.
