pryr::show_c_source() really helpful

I stumbled across your document on the hunt for pryr::show_c_source. I find the function quite useful, but keep forgetting where to find it (hopefully no longer!). So I thought it might be a nice addition to the list.

Yeah, this set of notes is a bit out of date. I'd be happy to merge a PR that places it where you think it belongs.

Since I wrote this, @jimhester created the lookup package, which might also interest you.

lookup was created explicitly to automate the process outlined in this document, so maybe we should add a link to it here as well?

Now that I read this ... suspect we should either leave this as is, in light of my new "soft-deprecation" text at the top, sending people to the lookup package. Or this PR needs to be updated even further to use lookup. If we're going to update, we should update all the way to current best practice.
