I am having the same issue as above, I believe: the offset cannot be included as a separate argument, and when included in the formula, the summary() and Predict() functions...

+1 to @chrisdick14. My plan was to start with the predictors listed [here](https://github.com/Data4Democracy/election-transparency/blob/master/notebooks/r-notebooks/model_2016_presresults.Rmd), do a redundancy analysis and start with a logistic model for whether each county "picked the winner."
