selenium-plugin Allow use of plugins with Grid

Not sure if this already a feature. Sorry if it is (and if so, some guidance as to how to use it would be much appreciated!).

So in other words, allow this plugin to run the standalone selenium RC jar file with a pre-defined plugin and / or additional CLI arguments.

running with selenium wasn't the problem, it was running the selenium RC server with a java/jar applet

I am personally not interested in supporting this, so will probably not start the work. I will accept any PR's for this issue if anyone feels they need this functionality. @gitRigge @chr0n1x
