Deactivate Java8 support

Deactivate Java8 support, because it is no more supported by Jenkins-core self

ex: here are still used tests for Java8 with cost cpu and time and waste development process https://github.com/jenkinsci/lockable-resources-plugin/blob/master/Jenkinsfile

We shall also provide official Java8 deprecation (maybe changelog is enough)
