Show used resources and locked time durations in job overview side

What feature do you want to see added?

It will be great to see a summary of used resources and some info like: Locked duration. How long was waiting for the resource Maybe why it was locked (job or user ...)

It will be also fine other think like make page with locked history, but this will be tricky when user does not use fix created resources like me.

We have many (hundreds) locked resources and it is hard to find the time lines (usage).

We use for any our node a lock too. So it is possible to lock node for some analysis or maintenance. Therefore it is the list in general configuration page not usable (is too long) but this is other point.
