Updating the User-Power-Moves with a code snippet to create job at the Jenkins start up

I am not sure if this is a valid use case and if developers are actually looking out for something like this. But we had this requirement where we wanted to create the jobs, when Jenkins is starting off and I used this hack to create the jobs, during the start off Jenkins. I think this is the best place to share it and get feedback. Appreciate any comment on this Pull request. Thanks!
