[Feature] Support install application in jenkins/inbound-agent image

Hello! I try use curl, allure and another utility, but jenkins/inbound-agent don`t contain this utility. I try run

• sudo apt-get install - get error sudo command not found
• apt-get install - permission denied

Describe the solution you'd like

I think need add package sudo then run sudo apt-get install package

You should extend the image yourself to add the tools you want.
