Please add support to configure spot VM as VM provisioning model and set time duration

What feature do you want to see added?

currently when we use configure cloud node set up in the jenkins using GCE plugin we have an option to select a checkbox to make it preemptible and if we leave it unchecked then standard. however selecting as preemptible doesn't select anything if you see an VM configuration in the google cloud console. perhaps jenkins uses gcloud cli command to create preemptible VM under the hood but i want the plugin to create spot VM along with i can set time duration which i am not able to do now as this feature is not available. i am using 4.3.14 version of the plugin.

As you can see in the below screenshot that if we select the checkbox while configuring then it is not selecting VM provisioning model as anything in the VM configuration.
