i have tried so many times but getting the same issue.. it seems like firewall rules issue but also open port 443 , unable to solve please help me out on this.

I had a very similar problem with Git + ssh and was able to solve it. The problem was that I had not enabled "Attach external IP" in the Cloud configuration which made it impossible for Github to answer the request. Enabling it solved the problem for me.

The problem in question that you mentioned was actually on the cloud platform and not referring to Git, GitHub or Jenkins? If you still remember haha I'm suffering from the same problem but it's more delicate I can't test many things because it's a production environment. I have NO IDEA how to solve
