"Cancel build on update" doesn't work when it's set in "configure system"

The Cancel build on update works well when it's set per job, but it doesn't work when it's set in configure system (GitHub Pull Request Builder -> Application Setup -> Cancel build on update). Do you have any issue like this or do you have any suggestions?

Versions:

  • Jenkins 2.135
  • GitHub Pull Request Builder 1.42.0

It's work when the new job is created or the existing one is cloned.

P.S. I tried to move existing jobs to different folders but doesn't work also.

Me too... Cancel build on update works if specified in a job configuration but not in the global one.
