Make the management page extensible

Feature Request

Make ConfigurationAsCode management link extensible.

Add the ability to:

  • Extend/Override the behaviour of existent actions
  • Add new actions
  • Hide the "Replace configuration source with" section (as it is both useless and risky when loading the configuration from SCM)
