Add Groovy Postbuild to the managed set

This plugin has 19,412 installations and recently suffered from a compatibility issue with Badge plugin. We might have detected that issue earlier if had been part of regular PCT runs. This ticket is likely blocked on https://github.com/jenkinsci/groovy-postbuild-plugin/pull/81.
