Allow Initialization Scripts in build in images

I just need to add 1 more dependency (azure-cli) on the default machine. Creating a custom image for this seems unnecessary.

It would make send to allow initialization script also on built in images

Makes sense, at the same time I would also like to add support for scripts from GitHub rather than just inline scripts as well :)
