Automate updating baseline

What feature do you want to see added?

When https://www.jenkins.io/doc/developer/plugin-development/choosing-jenkins-baseline/ updates, automatically update archetypes to the recommended version.

We possibly want to make an API on jenkins.io for it rather than parsing the page, (just a static JSON file?)
