Add support to generate yaml file for jenkins and plugin waiting to be upgraded

Describe the solution you'd like Prompt users to input the version of jenkins and plugins they want to upgrade and generate the corresponding yaml. In the yaml, the plugins which users don't want to upgrade will remain the same version as it is and the plugins which users want to upgrade will updated to the designate version. The yaml will be the input for cwp to package jenkins war.
