JX Pipeline Start/Stop not working with nested repos (GitLab)

We have installed JX 3 on-premise with GitLab. We have nested repositories (using subgroups feature in GitLab).

While project is build using the webhooks, currently we cannot start manually a build (jx pipeline start).

We are receiving the following error message

error: could not find a SourceRepository with owner our-group name our-project in namespace jx
