Adapt base image to jre alpine to save disk space and network usage

At the moment the Java based images are using the JDK for running the application on production.

It is possibile to reduce the size as shown in the screenshots attached.

With JDK with-jdk

With JRE Alpine with-jre-alpine

I can take care of it.
