Handle search sort types other than Relevance

Right now we don't actually tell algolia how we want to sort. With the recently released features (https://www.algolia.com/doc/guides/managing-results/refine-results/sorting/) we should be able to support the other sort types without having to upload 4 more copies of the same data.

Need to figure out how to setup the virtual replicas (replicas purely for sorting, and don't take up extra units)

In addition to proper sorting (as I raised in WEBSITE-763, it would be helpful if the footer headers for "New Plugins", "Recently updated", "Trending ", were clickable links to the chosen search results.

Sorting currently does not work according to #1510, I would like to work on this for Hacktoberfest 2023.

@halkeye Virtual replicas are even available in the free tier account. Can you check again now for the virtual replica in the AOS plan?

I'm not really involved with jenkins much anymore. Can you bug helpdesk, or markewaite or someone to investigate more?

https://dashboard.algolia.com/apps/HF9WKP9QU1/explorer/replicas/Plugins does have a create new replica screen, but doesn't have such a thing as virtual replica.
