"Architecting for Scale" should precede "Hardware Recommendations"

In the "Scaling Jenkins" section, the "Architecting for Scale" section should be before the "Hardware Recommendations"

Also edit the "Architecting for Scale" section. I note the following:

• Some future tense that should be present, such as " but this will return a failure if the tool was not already installed " (should be "...this returns a failure if the tool is not installed"
• "The EC2 Plugin let Jenkins" should be "... lets Jenkins"
• "Setting up a backup policy" should include a link to the backup section that discusses backup policies
• "If you install Jenkins with the Windows installer, Jenkins will be installed " should be "...Jenkins is installed"
