Use latest DocSearch to improve site search

Search results for the www.jenkins.io site are often not as effective as they should be. Searching for the word "upgrade" should show pages related to Jenkins upgrades (like the Jenkins LTS upgrade guides). The result of that search does not include the LTS upgrade guide currently.

We believe the search results will be improved by switching the web site indexing from the previous Algolia DocSearch scraper to their latest DocSearch facility.

Suggestion

• Follow the steps in the migrating from legacy guide
• Submit pull request with the updated configuration
• Test the search results after indexing has finished
