Add a section for listing Jenkins related books

There are so many books about Jenkins. Why don't we create a new page to list them?

Acceptance criteria:

• [ ] Books themselves are described as separate pages in YAML, e.g. like authors: https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io/tree/master/content/_data/authors
• [ ] There is a new page created for books, implemented via HAML
• [ ] There is metadata for distinguishing free and open source, free, and paid books. Default ordering should rather reflect that
• [ ] There is support for book front cover images for better look and feel
• [ ] If https://community.jenkins.io/t/category-for-blogs-books-discussions/111 is implemented, there should be metadata for discussions on Discourse
