We've also realized that we would benefit from more precise instructions on how to create the redirect. After you've submitted the pull request to create the redirect, we'd love to have a second pull request that more precisely describes how to create the redirect.
Distribution of this plugin is suspended due to open security issues and an initial concern that it includes a component that is not open source. The source for the component was located, but no one has adopted the plugin and no one has resolved the security issues.
