Thanks for the issue report @ggsklias . I'm not a gradle user, but I'm sure there are plugins built with gradle that are released to the Jenkins update center.
Hi Mark,
Thanks for your response. I would hope that the documentation covers this topic, since more people would have this answer and having to go into other plugins code to figure out the answer, does not sound so efficient.
By the way, I recently tried to create a jenkins community account so that I can post the jenkins plugin of my company in the marketplace, but I never received a confirmation email. I then saw that you are very strict with what might seem like spam, (my e-mail is: [email protected]) and I sent an e-mail to [email protected] but I haven't got any response.
Do you have any idea what's going on? I am really in the dark with this.
Kind regards, Georgios Sklias

Thanks. I'm not a member of the mailing list that handles those requests. I've asked to be join that list so that I can assist with requests there.
Hi Mark,
Thank you, I appreciate it. The sign up functionality is not handled very well unfortunately and it's strange for a user to not have any idea for 2 days if the sign up mechanism (which is supposed to be simple) worked or not.
I hope to hear from you.
Kind regards, Georgios Sklias

@ggsklias I sent you an email message from my personal account and from the Jenkins account administration account.
Yes, we're aware that registering for an account has many different places where it can fail. An organization of volunteers has only so many places that they can invest their efforts and that area has had to wait while we work on more urgent topics.
Hi Mark,
Yes I totally understand that, and thanks for your support.
Kind regards, Georgios
