Move "Liberty Profile" to OpenLiberty

Additional information

The Jenkins Wiki includes a "Web containers page" that links to documentation for several different "web containers", like Tomcat, Websphere, Glassfish, JBoss, and Tomcat. If the Liberty page is migrated and redirected from the wiki, then the other pages should be migrated at the same time and included in a unified page similar to the "Reverse proxy configuration" page.
