Distributed builds migration
- The Distributed builds page was created. issue: #2888
- It is a large page with only features descriptions and possible use to the Agents architecture.

I also want to note that in addition to the "Using Jenkins agents" page there is also Managing Nodes.

I am not still working on it. My changes are included in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io/pull/3540/commits/a04ef0adde9f05cbc96d59079136e056b3be04f7 and in https://github.com/jenkins-infra/jenkins.io/pull/3540/commits/3ae3fc00e3dab4de13b6a0b34c3191f8efe9bfa0 . If others would like to add improvements, they are welcome to do so.
I've started a series of changes to this pull request so that it can be inserted into the existing "Using Agents" page.
Others are welcome to propose changes as well.
right i see, this is a very large document too is my other concern, it might be better to break it out
As this pull request has not had any updates since May 2021, and has been marked stalled (as discussed in Jenkins Documentation SIG office hours)[https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ygRZnVtoIvuEKpwNeF_oVRVCV5NKcZD1_HMtWlUZguo/edit#heading=h.cao5dku7jwfn], it will be closed and linked to the original issue to give others an opportunity to continue the work already started here.
