Use a linter or IDE

Hi,

I opened the CSS file in my IDE (phpStorm) and the IDE directly found mistakes in the code. May be worth tried a similar tool, or use some linter. A linter can be added in the GitHub Action to check pull request.

Hey @gagarine I don't use phpStorm and not sure how to add a linter to support all IDE, do you have suggestions?
