I thought about this again and believe that the current behaviour is more intuitive for users. Otherwise, users might change a template, insert it, but forget to save it.

Thanks! I'll have to test dragging on Windows then. Regarding image sizes: the add-image dialog has a size option in the lower left corner.

Closing this issue since we now only allow one RedNotebook instance running simultaneously. Synchronizing content that is changed on another computer while RedNotebook is running is out of scope.

I can imagine that this issue is fixed in the latest version. Even if it isn't there is probably not much we can do about it without touching the underlying...
