Server side recording of train and track data

Description

Add a setting for the game server to log train and track map data server side. This feature would enable historical lookback, timelapse creation, and other data analysis capabilities without the need for constant API calls.

Proposed Functionality

• Implement a server-side option to enable/disable data logging
• Record periodic snapshots of:
  • Train and carriage positions
  • Track layouts
  • Train stations
  • Other relevant map data
• Allow users to look at historical data though the web interface in a sort of "Replay mode"

Benefits

• Enable creation of timelapse videos showing network growth and train movements similar to This promotional video
• Allow for historical analysis of network development and train patterns
