Feature Request: In JEM general settings Inline-Help

in JEM general settings there are parts with subtexts when using inline-help. And there are other parts there should be subtexts (in language files) but they are no help visible because they are programmed otherwise. (there was a phase in Joomla they didn't want these subtexts, but then they came back, but not in all places.)

I think, e.g. Event page settings (the left side) would need this inline-help!

Is it possible to program this, as there is inline help?

e.g. I added different keys for event map vs. venue map, to show, that you can use different map settings! Please add commit #1934 EDIT: Jojo committed
