add the example plugin for Acymailing 9 add-on

I hope a dev could easily find the right inserts, even without knowing acymailing. But I am not a dev. The two files have to be added in a new folder named /administrator/components/com_acym/dynamics/jem. Inside the plugin is written, what is needed.
