Fragment 1 not found error when downloading video

I get an error when I try to download this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oACPKgCU50

It says "ERROR: fragment 1 not found, unable to continue"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Paste video URL
2. Try to download
3. See error

Expected behavior Video gets downloaded

Additional info (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 x64
• Application version 2.4.0
• Application type portable
