Youtube-DL can't update && Open Video Downloader MS Store Appears to be OUTDATED!

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. YouTube-DL is not auto-updating and it appears to be stuck at a version where downloads are limited to 70KiB/s.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the directory of Open Downloader of binaries (i.e: WindowsApps\app\resources\app.asar.unpacked\binaries)
  2. Open a command prompt window (doesn't matter if it is Admin or not)
  3. type youtube-dl --update
  4. See error

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. It should say updated, according to this website: https://mycyberuniverse.com/how-update-youtube-dl.html
