Add the ability to cut download only a cut of the video

It would be interesting to have the possibility to enter the period of time you want for a given video. including the possibility of loading the video into a player and marking the cut locations and making a margin of the parts you want to keep from a video outputting a single video cut at the end.

Implementing it with FFmpeg is the easy part. I'm checking how I can best add this to the UI. I will definitely try adding this as it's a great feature.

You can add a button for this Option, when you press it, 2 edit is displayed for writing, in the first edit write start time and in the second edit write end time.
